What is the origin of Family Visitation Centers by CERVE?
Growing up in the inner-city - where impoverished conditions, street violence and parental alienation demarcated much of his childhood and early teens - our Executive Director developed a genuine concern for children, their circumstance and general well-being early on.

Provide safe, age-appropriate amenities to better serve the modern-day needs and interests of all children susceptible to familial discord, parental alienation and impecuniosity. These amenities are designed to help children / families have a more engaging and memorable experience in a safe and welcoming environment.

CERVE’s Family Visitation Center (FVC) program provides for and protects the physical/emotional/psychological safety of children, youth and families served by local and state agencies through skilled, competent and professional supervision.

What are your hours of operation and site locations?
Our family visitation centers are open on weekdays / business days of the week. The hours of operation are Monday-Friday: 1pm to 7pm. Our family visitation centers are closed on the weekends and all nationally-recognized holidays.

Our family visitation centers offer spacious, private suites with security personnel in a safe community environment. Our locations also include: adequate, surveilled and/or gated parking, free Wi-Fi, online gaming and more!

How do you process state and local family referrals?
State and local agency referrals must be processed and confirmed on our Reserve a suite page. All agency referral actions pertaining to family visits, including scheduling, amending, and cancelling appointments can be done quickly and conveniently on this website.
