How do you process state and local family referrals?

Reservations and family referrals.

We have nine family visitation centers to serve state and local agency FVC referrals and market shortages across Cook (Chicago IL. and Markham, IL.), Winnebago (Rockford IL.), Sangamon (Springfield IL.) and St. Clair (East St. Louis IL.) counties. ‍

All state and local agency referrals must be processed and confirmed on our Reserve a suite page. All agency referral actions pertaining to family visits, including scheduling, amending, and cancelling appointments can be done quickly and conveniently on this website. All state and local agency referrals are offered the following when / where available:

a. Safe, Healthy and Private Familial Meeting Environments and Utilities
b. Age-Appropriate Amenities and Accommodations
c. Convenient Online Referral and Email Confirmation System
d. On-Site Security, Maintenance, Administrative Personnel
e. Premium Entertainment and Online Gaming
f. Wi-Fi

Requirement: There is a two (2) hour minimum time allotment required per visit.

Add-ons.

These optional services are available at most family visitation centers.

a. Designated Visitation Specialist
b. Private, Surveilled Parking

Notes: The add-ons services are only billed when requested and utilized. The standard hourly rate will apply otherwise. The Visitation Specialist will assure that the visiting record is documented on the appropriate form for each visit and that the form is completed correctly.

Cancellations and no-shows: A report will be completed for all missed visits.
