Growing up in the inner-city - where impoverished conditions, street violence and parental alienation demarcated much of his childhood and early teens - our Executive Director developed a genuine concern for children, their circumstance and general well-being early on. And today, that determination and push for effective child care strategies,fair visitation rights and healthy parental relationships continue with CERVE. And, as the need for proficient child visitation and familial engagement continues to grow across Illinois, CERVE is committed to opening strategically located family visitation centers across the state to help meet these needs and mitigate demand.
